What is the best way to try Zestra?
We recommend that you try Zestra to see if it is right for you. Most women find that one packette (or 4 pumps from the Zestra bottle) is the right amount. However, some women find a ½ packette (or 2 pumps) is enough, while others prefer more. We recommend trying one personal packette or 4 pumps first, then adjusting, if necessary, the next time you use Zestra.
Zestra can be used as often as you like – including during each sexual experience.
